Unknown error when exporting to a PST

While exporting Ost file to Pst file.i am getting an error so please tell me the reason and problem.?

Hi,

There is no straightforward way to convert OST files to PST because of the security as it ties Exchange mailbox file OST to MAPI profile. It means to open OST file you have to login with the original MAPI profile. By doing that you can copy or export OST data to PST.
