outlook not sending to one domain only?

I have to domains let us say a and b i using outlook when i send from a to b every thing is ok i don't got error message but message not arrive to b

it's look like there is some thing block sending from this domain only and in outlook only

i can send from another app like incredimail

and if i delete outlook profile and recreate it it's solved the problem but after some days it's retearn again

any one face like this problem , is it Trojan or virus

or missing configuration in outlook , or some one do that i registry like a hacker

need help in this problem please

What antivirus do you use? If it scans email, it could be using a black list filter - if the domain is on spam lists, the mail will be quarantined.

I am using kaspersky 2010 but until when i delete it it's same , also there is many computers with same anti virus and working without any problem

the only way i found to delete outlook profile and recreate it
is there any way to reset outlook profile configuration without deleting it ??or some thing in registry to restore default settings for it

thank at all for your help.
