I am trying to color code entire days that have appointments in them. I do a lot of off-site work and would like to color code my days: one color for in office, one color for mostly out of office. The only way I have found to do this is by creating an all day event and setting to busy or another setting. This really isn't a great option because it will add a blank rectangle at the top of the day. I have too many appointments in a day, so this is not a great option for me. I print a monthly calendar and have resorted to using a highlighter so I can quickly glance to see if I will be in the office or not.
