Mimimize the size of email messages and meeting notices

Wish list: Large distribution lists and/or many addresses in the To: or Cc: fields make individual messages and meeting notices too large. Please figure out a way to store the metadata on any particular server ONE TIME and just have "pointers" in the individual email messages and meeting notices in order to reduce the size of the individual email messages and meeting notices. Only need to "call" the metadata to the individual email message when a REPLY TO ALL action is performed.
