I am using Outlook 2003 on an XP machine. I wanted to install the backup add-on to back up my personal folders. I installed pfbackup.exe which seemed to work, but the backup command didn't appear in the File drop-down menu. I tried to install pfbackup again and received a message that it was already installed. If I go into advanced options, Com Add-ins, the Outlook Addin is there and activated and set to load at startup. I think that is all normal. However there is still no backup command in my file menu. Any ideas?
