Grid Lines Not Displaying - Outlook 2013

Exchange Server
I've enabled grid lines - I've tried all the different types - and no matter what nothing is displaying.

Any ideas on why this might be? Once I hit OK and exit the other settings menu, nothing shows up.

Thanks for the help!
 
Which view are you using? Which type of grid lines? I use solid gridlines - small dots are ok, but dashes are all but invisible here, large dots are almost as bad.

Well - I actually just got a screenshot from the person to post here and it looked normal and had the grid lines so it looks like it's an issue with contrast/monitor. Really appreciate the quick reply though, thanks.
