Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible in anyway to warn people by an pop-up alert dialog when trying to book on a holiday? We have an issue that sometimes people accidently book a meeting on a holiday without getting a warning and I wonder if there's any script or setting i could use to enable these kind of pop-ups? I know that I can automaticlly decline double.bookings but I need something like this.

What calendar are they booking on? You could use an addin or VBA to warn them (assuming everyone has the same holidays) - or add holidays to everyone's calendar so they know its a holiday. You can't set something for one calendar and have it warn everyone not to book that calendar, any solution needs pushed out to everyone.

Exchange 2010. We all have the same holidays in the calender (but even then), people tend to book on a holiday by mistake or because they use reccuring-calender.What Addin could I use, and in VBA is there anyone who has a script for this or somewhere I can see an example?
