Lost Outlook 2013 Contacts for Gmail Account (OST files)

After uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook 2013, I lost two contact folders for my Gmail account. I used to have three contacts folders, after the reinstall, I have just the contact folder associated with my MSN email address/account.

I think there should be OST files for the two accounts that are now missing? How do I find them or do I have to retrieve them form a backup? You would think the Microsoft Outlook team would program the uninstall and reinstall process so that you wouldn't lose additional contact folders??
 
Don't use the 'this computer only' folders for contacts or calendar - when you delete the account, the ost file is also deleted and can't be recovered. Even if you have a backup copy, it can only be opened by the account that created it, so you are unlikely to be able to recover the 'this computer only' folders.
