Calendar support for work in other office

Some days we work in another office or at home. It is necessary for our company to mark those days as work days but not possible to have meetings in head office. Telephone meetings are OK.

Now we can mark the days as busy or away, none is correct. We wish to mark them as "working in another office".

I see it now, I had used 2010 for a long time since I used 2013 last time.
