Is there an add-in that will limit the number of people accepting meeting invitations?

We do a lot of training and send out multiple meeting times to a large number of people so they can choose the most convenient time. We also have a limited number of seats that can be accommodated.
If we send out 50 invites, and only have 10 seats available, how can we stop accepting confirmations after 10 have accepted?
An option which we considered is using the voting buttons and setting up custom buttons but that doesn't let voters know how many have already picked that option so they can select another.

No, not that I am aware of, but it's a popular request. Exchange meeting rooms have a capacity field, but it's for informational purposes and doesn't block people from accepting a meeting.
