Hello,

I am having an issue with inbox subfolders on a shared outlook 365 mailbox that has no delegated access. When one user creates or moves a subfolder other users are not able to immediately see these changes. Sometimes it can take over a day for the changes to appear on another user’s computer. Restarting the computer or outlook has no effect on this.

Does anybody have a clue as to why this is happening? Let me know if you need additional info from me. Thanks for all your help!

It sounds like they aren't syncing in a timely manner - it's not unusual for a delay of up to 30 minutes, but it's usually not more than maybe 5 minutes.

Are you caching shared folders? Not caching shared folders should definitely help.

I think this may have fixed things. Hard to say exactly but I just created a folder and had it show up on everyone's computer. Thanks for the help!!
