Excel Files Won't Display in Reading Pane

Office 365 Exchange
In Outlook for Mac 2011 (version 14.6.3):

1) Make sure Reading Pane is visible and where you want it. (View menu > Reading Pane > select location)
2) Set this as your preference. (View menu > Arrange By > Make this the Default View)
3) Repeat sub folders as needed or desired.
