Hi All,
Outlook 2010 was working fine, but at some point yesterday when I opened it the Reading Pane had disappeared. I then set it appear to the right, which it did. I closed and re-opened Outlook and it had gone again. Also, the Reset View button is greyed out, which suggests to me that the view without the Reading Pane has become the default view. I have tried Run-Outlook /cleanviews, but to no avail, probably confirming my suspicion about the default view. I tried disabling the Add-Ins one at a time, but that didn't help either. I then opened Outlook in Safe Mode, but no difference. Now I can't get out of Safe Mode. Help!!!!
Many thanks for any replies.
