I have a user who's managed to break Outlook 2016 Mac.
She has four accounts setup as IMAP for her multiple personas.
We're using rackspace, and all of them are on the same server.
Three of the accounts are displayed in the left hand list of Inbox, Sent Mail etc.
The fourth is not.
While the account is configured, and appears in the list of accounts, its inbox does not appear.
There's nothing wrong with the account itself, because she can access it from her iPhone.
And the account dialog lists it with a green indicator, showing it can be connected to.
So what can I do on her Mac to rectify this?
