Hi all. I use Outlook 2016/Office365 on a PC. Recently upgraded from 2015. Since I did so, whenever I open a contact file then click Email to create an email with the recipient's email inserted in the To field, it enters the email three times. There are definitely no emails in the Email 2 and 3 sections of the file. Sometimes the second and third instances of the email link to the email itself, and sometimes it's just the name of the contact. Either way, it's very time-consuming. Please advise and thank you.
