Hi there,
Just noticed this "feature" of Outlook.
When you select all the contacts in the same category as recipients of a email message and go to print the draft or sent item, you see the TO field wtih all their names, followed also by a CONTACTS field with the display names of the contacts. Worse, the recipients see the same thing when they go to print out the received message.
That can be an issue if the display names of the contacts - in your own contacts folder, after all - contain any sensitive information.
Does anyone know how to avoid this? I honestly never noticed it before.
Thanks,
- Alan.
