Importing business card into Outlook for SIgnature

I am trying to import a physical business card that I have scanned into my computer and created web links for the Email Address, Web Site and Physical direction to the office, and I would like to import it into Outlook and use it as my signature instead of a V-Card or manually designed signature. The file is save as a PDF which works fine outside of Outlook, but it will not import as a PDF. It will import as a GIF or JPG, but since those a picture formats my links dont work. I am looking for either a built in solution or a third party solution if that is my only alternative.
