How to prevent CC from showing when creating a new mail?

Office 365 Exchange
Above most probably is a newbie question....
When composing a new mail, CC automatically shows up.
I hardly ever use CC (or BCC), but sometimes I find myself accidentally typing the email title in the CC box, i.e. it is more a nuisance than being useful.

I vainly tried to figure out how to toggle on/off the CC field.
When creating a new mail a toggle on/off does exist for BCC but for CC ?

Any suggestions?
