Follow up button doesn't working neither the reminders in BCM

Hello,

After installing in a new Windows 10 Pro Outlook 2013 and BCM I restored the database I use at work. Initially everything worked fine, but now:

1. When I clic the follow up button of a contact, account or opportunity nothing happens
2. If I clic the flag/follow up icon of a contact in the list of contacts then it is shown the dialog box and I can set a reminder but...
3. These reminders are not shown in the reminders window

Trying to figure out what I coud do to make this happen, I just did:
- Trying to synchonize contact with by exhange server account (so I have the contact on my mobile phone)
- Installing Microsoft SQL Server Tools 17

Any help will be great as I do use a lot these reminders to organize my work.
