Calendar daily Appointments and printing

Hi All

Apologies if this has been asked but we have a CEO with so many appointments in a day that in a monthly or even weekly view when printing you get the little 'printed arrow' showing there are more appointments to reveal. We have even taken the font size of the appointment to 5. Is there a way of expanding these appointments in printed form even if the day itself is enlarged over other days in the weekly or monthly view
