Hi Guys

Found you here following links from the fabulous Diane Poremsky posts and videos. Can you help me with this please?

I need to print thousands of emails to PDF, but I don't want to include all the trail of previous emails which have been repeatedly appended into the same email (not conversation or grouping). Is there a reliable way to automatically trim the email, after the first message, for printing?

Also, if any of those 'appended' emails is unique I would like to extract it to print as a separate page, in line with same the date ordering of the other emails; is that possible?

Short answer: not possible.

Long answer: The first, only printing replies in the thread with no , could be done using VBA to detect where the reply starts and breaking there - but it would be complicated. I don't think any of the printing addins (that are left) can do it.
