Up front: it was a mistake.
However, by copying (or sometimes moving) mail from a Gmail account into Outlook I ended up with duplicates.
In vain I have been trying to figure how to solve this. Duplicate email tools, one way or the other, could not produce duplicates.
So the Outlook.pst file contains (copied) mail being identical to those in Gmail.pst
From the Outlook.pst I want to move mail to some 'duplicate folder', when following fields are identical in both Outlook.pst and Gmail.pst
from: sender-email
to: myname-at-gmail.com
tittle
sent date-time stamp
Like this:
Ultimately I was considering to perform an advanced search within the Outlook.pst - "sent to" : gmail-address and
move those mails to the Gmail.pst.
I will definitely end up with duplicates in the gmail.pst and I am not sure whether duplicate email tools will help me out.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
