    we migrated all they way, we don't have access to lotus notes anymore, we are now using the outlook of office 365

    the email is at archive folder, and haven't tested yet using safe mode. do you mean safe mode in start up or in outlook safe mode?

    When I am reviewing some historic emails, I can see the following details in my inbox, however when I then double click on the emails to display the details I get nothin:confused:
