can't view email body please help!

When I am reviewing some historic emails, I can see the following details in my inbox, however when I then double click on the emails to display the details I get nothin:confused:
 
Are you looking in the message list or in the People Pane in newer versions of Outlook?

Are the messages in an archive folder or your mailbox? Do they open if you close outlook and restart in Safe mode?
 
the email is at archive folder, and haven't tested yet using safe mode.

do you mean safe mode in start up or in outlook safe mode?
 
Outlook Safe mode. I'm wondering if security software is blocking it.

It's also possible the archive process was messed up and the details you see is all there is. How was the archive created? What is the source of the details you see when you look in your inbox?

To open Outlook in Safe mode: Close Outlook then hold Ctrl as you click on the Outlook icon. You'll get a message asking if you want to start in Safe mode. Click Ok.
 
please do take note that this emails came from lotus to outlook. our users are migrated from lotus to outlook. thanks!
 
we migrated all they way, we don't have access to lotus notes anymore, we are now using the outlook of office 365
