Split reading view with history

Hello,

Is there a way that Outlook can show a top/bottom view of the selected message? Let me explain: If I click on a selected message I'd like to read, I thought there was a particular split view where the message currently select would display on the top of the split view while the bottom would show that email sender's history. So if I clicked on an email from John Smith, it would show that emails content in the top view and the bottom view would show all of John Smith's email to me. Make sense? I hope the attached graphics does a better job of explaining it than me.

Is this a "custom" view I can create? I thought it was already available.

That was the People Pane from the Outlook Social connector. They killed the social connector a few years ago, but only recently killed the people pane. :(

The Social connector will be removed from Office 365 / 2019 in mid-2020. This will remove the People pane from Outlook. Much of the original Social
