Outlook 2010, reading pane, global settting for fields?

I wonder if it is possible to apply a global setting so that Outlook shows the fields I want in the preview pane?

For example, by default, Outlook's preview pane doesn't show the "to" field. I need to add this in each folder I have. As my folder structure is complex, it requires me to add this field in all folders, one at a time. I was hoping that I could apply it to the "top folder" and tell Outlook to apply to all sub-folders. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to do this.

Is what I am asking for even possible in Outlook 2010?
 
Do you mean preview pane or message list? If you mean the message list, see disable group by view for the method you need to use. Using /cleanview switch first is very important so new view works on all folders.
