Hi, I have an issue with Outlook 2010 and I hope someone can help me. This Outlook installation is not new and it had another accounts that I deleted from the computer, so I was trying to put my Hotmail account but it would ask me to install a Hotmail connector or something, searched it on internet and found out that it's dead. So is there another way to put accounts or is it just to old to do anything anymore?
 
The connector is long dead and Outlook 2010 does not support oAuth2 so it's dead for outlook.com, as pop, imap, or exchange (as of Sept 2024). You need to use web mail, new Outlook (which is Outlook on the web in an app framework) or a 3rd party app, such as Thunderbird or eM client.

Watch stacksocial for deals on it. They currently have 2021. When I tested it a couple of years ago, the key was redeemed in my Microsoft account, so its not a volume license. When I asked my contacts at Microsoft if it was legit, I got crickets. (My experience is silence means yes to questions they don't want to confirm.)
