This is driving me nuts. All of a sudden, my email app on my phone failed to connect. It required me to go thru a password reset process on XFINITY. I did that. (I verified by logging into their web client). I updated my Settings for IMAP & SMTP in the Outlook 2021 client. I am again receiving emails, but every time I try to SEND, I get a popup telling me the SMTP.COMCAST.NET server does not recognize my user/pass combo. I have entered it correctly, multiple times. It just refuses to accept it. So I can't SEND emails on either my PC Client (or my phone app).
Anyone encounter this? What's the solution? TIA
