Public folders suddenly gone in outlook 2k7

I have a user whom the public folders are suddenly gone.

If I log in to the computer I see them fine.

Is the user logs into a different machine or goes into outlook safe mode on the same machine they show up.

I am used to having to click the folder list but that isnt working eaither.

I'm Stumped

I'm tempted to say the profile is corrupt, but it works in Safe mode. This indicates an addin or support file is the problem. Because it appears to be a navigation pane problem, I'd say its the navigation pane file - try closing outlook and restarting with the /resetnavpane switch.
