Copy Outlook Public Folders to a File Server Shared Folder

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
Outlook 2013 with hundreds of public folders for clients - 1 per client. Moving to an environment without Outlook public folders, so I need to move all messages in the public folder for a client to a client subfolder for emails on our file server. Looking for the most efficient way to do this that minimizes and reduction in the integrity of the messages.
