Outlook 365 Copy/Save Emails in Folder Outside Outlook to Show Date Sender Recipient Subject in Header

I would like to copy and save emails in original format with attachments and save them in a network folder and have the date and time of the email (YYYY-MM-DD HHMM), sender, recipient(s), subject shown in the network folder. By default only the subject is shown and in alphabetical order with the date modified rather than the email date.

I know there are some paid tools that do this.

From there, it would be nice to automate and schedule the copy and save function described.
