Copy and replace not update contact in another pst

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
POP3
I backup my contacts to another PST. When I copy the modified contact to the backup PST I get an option to update.

When I check the backup, it has dates in the notes section and every single previous changes that were done.

I want an exact copy of the original in the backup. Is there a way to replace the contact in the backup?
