Outlook 365 - How to create / copy a new contact from an existing one?

I would like to create a new contact from an existing one and make minor changes. Most remains the same, but a different mobile phone number and a different 'answerback'. It is meant to display a name (rather than a mobile phonenumber) when a notification thru SMS is being sent from that company received. The phone number is not to be contacted instead it is just an automatic notification system. For contacts a regular phone number should be used).
As a matter of fact, that company uses different mobile phone numbers each having a different purposes for notifications.

Right now I only know to create an Outlook contact from scratch and enter all the details, whereas I wish I could 'copy' the existing one and paste it as a new contact, make some minor changes and that's it.

It would be that this is the only way to go though.

Ctrl+C, V to make a copy in place (use any view except People) then edit one copy. Or open the contact and use Save & New > Contact from company.

Geee... I feel so stupid.
Haven't asked anything, right?

Didn't think such a simple thing (ctrl-c/v) would work, so I didn't give it a try.
Tried to figure this out using anything in the toolbar, which is looking somewhat different from yours.
(the only common word is "File" )
