Outlook 365 - Rule to Move an Incoming Message to Another Folder

The rule does, in fact, move the incoming message to a designated folder.
However, the incoming message still remains in the Inbox.
Why is the incoming message not removed from the Inbox?

No I did not ... will include "Stop ..." and monitor.

Thanks Diane, using "Stop..." resolved this issue.
