How to sync (one way) contacts between two Outlook (exchange) accounts?

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
Outlook (Office 365) with two Outlook accounts, both based on Exchange, within the same applicaton.
One is default.

I would like to mirror (one way!) from my default account to this second one. Do not want old entries from this second one arriving in my default account.
The default account, there is where all changes are made.
From there to 2 Gmail accounts and smartphone and to my phone handset (Bluetooth).

Q: How should proceed to 'one-way-sync' contacts to this 2nd account?
