Sync Outlook contacts/calendar on two computers using iCloud

Is it recommended to have two computers syncing Outlook contacts and calendar via the same iCloud account? I was re-reading one of my old threads on iCloud here, and that thought came up for me. Would it be a two-way sync for both computers?
