Outlook 2019 MAC sync error after working for 4 hours

Hello,

I am running Mojave 10.14.3, build 18D109, Home & Office 2019, Outlook version 16.23 (190309), connected to Exchange 2010 w/ Sec RU 26 (SP3 14.03.0441.000); via EWS for the connection in Outlook... It works 1/2 a day. Outlook 2019 on MAC disconnects, quits syncing and the buttons to clear the cache grey out. Outlook pretty much shuts down and hangs after about 4 hours of working fine. We have four clients and all 4 are experiencing the same issue. I have been working with MS to no avail. Anybody else have Outlook kinda working then just stops after 4 hours? What to do to get it working again. A. repair permissions from disk utilities, works, this give us 4 more hours. OR... B. A simple reboot at 4 hours works for another 4 hours.

A simple reboot for 4 hour will resolve your issue
