Outlook 2019 i dont want to buy the snake oil ost to pst programs

But I have hit the wall, and I don't believe they will fix what I need.

Willing to hire for learning and satisfaction, but not just anyone. Outlook 2019. Had to refresh WIN10 and reinstall Office 2019. Have ost and pst files on the desktop. Lost contacts are important and necessary. Research only leads to headaches. Had set up IMAP with Gmail for Outlook which has worked fine for 2 years until now.
Round and round l go. I am a moderately advanced user, working with pcs since WIN 3.1 in the 1980's up to now.
