Sync Outlook Public Folders to Contacts

Hello, I have an email account with some contacts in the public folders. I want them to synchronize my mailbox contacts, and if it can be filtered according to a value (name for example) that appears in a field.

Does a free application or way - obviously not manual - to do it?
 
If you want to add them to your contacts folder - you'll need to use a utility to copy. Offhand, I don't recall if any are still available. A macro could do it though.

If you just want the public folder contacts available as an address book - add the folder to public folder favorites. Then enable it as an address book.
