Mobile notifications and sync in Outlook.com

outlook.com mobile devices option doesn't show my mobile number in the 'mobile devices' menu but shows a device 'Outlook' with no phone number. It shows the status as OK and last synced as a few minutes prior. How can I add a mobile number to this? Also I can't see the mobile reminders on this newer version of outlook.com. Has this been removed?
 
Yeah, mobile notifications are currently not available in the consumer version. I'm not sure why or when they turned them off but they are still available in Office 365 business/enterprise.
