Try this...
Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles -> Select your profile-> Select
Properties -> Select Data Files -> click on tab "Address Books"... look for
"Contacts (Mobile)" if there, select it and click remove and then close and
OK all the way back out -> restart Outlook and the address book entry Contact
(Mobile) should be gone from the Address Book drop down list and Outlook no
longer crashes when using SMS service "Text Messaging" and selecting the
"To..." or "Address Book". Worked for me, hope it works for you.
