Hello

When I go to Tools | Options | Stationery and Fonts in Outlook 2007 the button to change fonts is greyed out.

Is there a way around this, please, so that my fonts are consistent throughout?

Thanks!

so you can click the stationery & fonts button, just not change fonts? Is this a corporate computer? It sounds like a policy could be in effect that sets the fonts.
Policies are in the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office

Thank you for your reply.

No, it's a stand alone PC at home.

Exactly: Tools | Options | Mail Format.

I can choose the not under 'Replying and Forwarding Messages' and 'Composing and Reading Plain Text Messages', but not 'New Mail Messages'.

Thanks again

Do you have a default theme set for new mail?

if you use a theme and choose either use themes font or use my font when replying, one or both buttons for HTML/RTF messages will be grayed out.

Thank Diane.

With 'no theme', I was able to change the font.

Thank you again!
