Not receving all email since converting from Outlook 2007 to Outlook Classic

I just coverted from Outlook 2007 to Outlook Classic.
I don't seem to be getting all my email. They are showing up on 2007 on my laptop, but not all are showing up on my Desktop Classic.

Adding a new account in Classic is a lot easier than adding it in 2007, however, I noticed that the server names are different, and wondered if that could be the problem. The server settings were also indicated by ATT, and have worked fine fore years. The ports are the same:
