Send email from Outlook Alias using Mac?

Hi. I switched to Mac a little while ago after being lifelong Windows user. There’s been a little pain in the transition ; )
I want to be able to send an email from an alias - but there is no “From” drop-down field. It used to be there! I just have To, CC, BCC, Subject. Is there a field chooser that will allow me to add “From” field? I get nothing when I right click on the Ribbon.

It works on my iPad, so worst case, that is how I will continue to do it, just wanted to have the function on my Mac too. thanks! Donna
