outlook 2010 email can't send to other domain

Hi,

Zimbra Server version: Release 8.0.3_GA_5664.RHEL6_64_20130305090204

OS version: CentOS6_64 FOSS edition

We are using Outlook 2010 email client which synchronizes with the above mentioned Zimbra server using IMAP. We are facing the following issues.

1. i can't send e-mail to other domain from outlook. eg. gmail.com, yahoo.com.

i received the Relay access denied error when sending mail to other domain

2. sent item folder not apear in my outlook

The first problem is because something is not configured correctly on the server and its not allowed to send mail to the other domains.

I'm not sure why you don't see the sent folder -is it a subfolder of the Inbox? That is fairly common with imap accounts - all the special folders are under the inbox.
