Customizing an Outlook 2010 Email Form

Our company just upgraded to Outlook 2010 and I need to customize my New Email form with a personalized 4-line signature at the bottom right, below my outgoing message. What tab to I begin with - Developer? Please lead me to precise instructions that will give me a custom outgoing message form (from me).
