BCM: Customizing Marketing Forms

Have you tried to customize/modify any of the marketing forms? The developer tabs are disabled :( even the "form layout" tool from the contact managment group is disabled on marketing forms. Are they simply locked or am I missing something?

Thank you for the input... But, have you ever been able to edit the marketing forms? Specifically, the Call Lists, or the Mass E-mail, or the Direct Mail forms?
