Hi - I'd appreciate help with a couple of problems I'm experiencing using BCM with Outlook 2013 (and Windows 10). I'm not sure if they are related problems or not.
1. Business Contact Synchronization - BCM indicates "Business Contacts are not being synchronized with your Outlook Contacts.
When I apply the step to synchronize to my Outlook Data File and click OK, I get the following message: "Another Outlook profile is set up to synchronize Business Contacts with this account. This may result in duplicate synchronized contacts in your Outlook Contacts folder. We recommend that Business Contact Synchronization is enabled for one profile for each account. Do you still want to synchronize Business Contacts with this account?"
I only have one profile on my computer with two associated email accounts. What does this message mean?
2. Can't access Business Projects in BCM
I have a number of business projects set-up in BCM but I can't currently access them. When I go into Business Contacts, Reports and then click on Business Projects, I get the following error message: "BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again." The window I'm seeking does open following the error message, but all the menu buttons are greyed out. None of the menu options under the Reports tab work (e.g. Saved Reports, Accounts, Business Contacts, etc.) Any thoughts on what's wrong?
