Good Day Ms. Poremsky, I work with Windows 7, Windows server 2008 R2 with the Microsoft EXCHANGE 2010. One of the end users moved to another location, so i had to reset his email account. When i set up on his computer, his old emails were downloading, not his new ones? What I'm I doing wrong? Also, how do you migrate OST to PST to another computer, so the end user can receive emails on that computer?
 
To migrate an ost to pst, use export. In Outlook 2010, use File, Open, Import to open the import/export wizard.

So you moved his mailbox or just moved his address? I'm guessing the AD or autodiscover is seeing his account on the old server.
