Outlook 365 Microsoft Support - Please Advise

Anyone with experience working with Microsoft support, please reply to this message. I would appreciate it very much, thank you.

I have an e-mail problem. It is complex. I don't need help with the problem, just the support from Microsoft.

Good luck if it's not a business account... you can use chat or request a call back if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription. If you don't have a subscription you can try the link but depending on the issue, may be told to use the Microsoft forums.

For business accounts, the admin can open a support ticket in admin.microsoft.com
 
Microsoft Office Support (via Chat option) worked for us. All free and they were very helpful. Helped us move a retail (perpetual license) copy of Office-2021 to a new computer (it thought it was still installed on old computer, but it wasn't).

Cool. some people said it worked, others had problems.
